Every subscription includes an annual allotment of credits. A standard Bottle Shot uses 1 credit. A styled Beauty/Lifestyle Shot uses 2 credits, reflecting the additional styling time involved. Mix and match however your content plan requires. No spreadsheet gymnastics required.

No. Unused credits roll forward indefinitely as long as your subscription stays active. There's no annual use-it-or-lose-it deadline. Build up a balance in slower months and use it when you need a bigger shoot.

Upgrades take effect immediately and your existing credit balance carries forward, so you never lose what you've already banked. Downgrades take effect at your annual renewal date. Any banked credit balance resets at that time, so we'll help you plan the timing to use down your balance first.

The program runs on an annual term. New subscribers get a grace period in their first term (within the first 30 days, with 2 or fewer credits redeemed) that waives the remaining-term fee if you decide it's not the right fit. Outside of that window, standard early-termination terms apply — see the full Service Level Agreement for details and a worked example.

Some Beauty/Lifestyle Shots call for perishable or single-use props: fresh florals, food styling, seasonal decor, and similar items that can't be reused shoot to shoot. The flat $25 fee covers those materials on a per-order basis. It doesn't apply to standard Bottle Shots.

Every image is shot by a real, professional U.S.-based photographer in a real studio, with real lighting. We don't outsource to offshore retouching services, and we don't ask a computer to guess what your Cabernet looks like. That craftsmanship is the whole point of the subscription.

Gold and Platinum members receive priority scheduling with a 3–5 business day turnaround. All members can loop in their account manager to plan around bigger seasonal shoots. We like advance notice about as much as you like surprise invoices.

Yes. Bottles or merchandise being photographed need to be shipped to our studio. Your account manager can help coordinate logistics, especially around larger or seasonal shoots. (We promise not to drink the samples. Much.)

Nope. Just fewer invoices and better lighting. We built this program because per-shoot pricing was annoying us about as much as it was annoying you.
